Many times you looked at a photo of a celebrity in a slinky dress and wondered they all are maintain their drop-dead gorgeous body?

We've complied a collection of the celebrities' behind-the-scenes diet secrets, from the rational to the frankly ridiculous.

Yes, it's easier for celebrities to look good as it's often considered part of their job, while we have to fit in eating healthily and working out around out busy day-to-day schedules.

But check out the tips and tricks and diet plans that could help you get a stomach as flat as Cheryl's or arms like Gwyneth...


1. Cheryl Cole:



 Cheryl Cole follows a diet plan called Eat Right four Your Type, which requires her to consume specific foods based on her blood group.

2. Kim Kardashian: 

In Pre-pregnancy time, Kim Kardashian is said to have cut out all sugar, gluten and dairy from her diet.

But she also reportedly had a more fun way of keeping the weight off - and it involved by her boyfriend Kanye West.

A source said: "We refer to it as the sex diet. When one of us is having regular sex, that tends to reduces calories and kill the appetite, finally losing seven pounds in seven days means being a very naughty girl!"

 

3. Kate Middleton:

 

Before pregnant, Kate Middleton reportedly maintained her slinky figure by following the Dukan Diet.

Pierre Dukan's protein-based diet includes a list of over 100 allowed foods and includes four phases - attack, consolidation, cruise, consolidation and stabilization.

 

4. Megan Fox:

After giving birth to Megan son Noah in September 2012, she quickly bounced back to her pre-baby body.

The actress has insisted she didn't work out after labour because she wanted to concentrate on being a mum, but instead she cut out all dairy.

She revealed: "I’m not eating dairy, that’s my biggest secret. It’s really hard on your hormones and it’s not good."

Megan maintain: "If you want to gain weight, eat dairy. If you don’t, don’t eat it."

 

5. Victoria Beckham:

 

Victoria Beckham is too skinny, but it seems she has a healthy method to keep the weight off.

Posh is a fan of Natasha Corrett’s diet and cookbook Healthy, which encourages weight loss through alkaline eating. And it allows usual diet no-nos such as wine and pizza.

Victoria recently tweeted and wrote: "Love this healthy eating cookbook."

 

6. Miranda Kerr:

Oh Miranda Kerr, what we had do to look like you?

The Victoria's Secret model does a lot of yoga but admits she's a "little lazy" when it comes to working out.

As well as eating healthy foods like avocado, spinach and broccoli, Miranda consumes a less obvious secret ingredient to keep her looking good.

Miranda Kerr said, "I personally take four tablespoons of coconut oil every day, either on salads, in my cooking or in cups of green tea."

 

7. Lady Gaga:

Lady Gaga eats baby food to stay slim. Two meals a day for a pot of baby food and will eat grown-up grub for dinner.

We'd expect nothing less from the eccentric star! Believe it or not.

 

8. Michelle Keegan:

 

How on earth does Michelle Keegan get that fabulous figure?!

The Corrie actress will snack on the 90-cal griddle cake when she gets hungry. She also eats super noodle sarnies with a slice of turkey on the side. 

 

9. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley:

 

 

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is always glowing.

It's simple really - Rosie is drinking gallons of water.

She said: "Water is the Drug of God. Staying hydrated is important for me as it gives me healthy skin and also reduces hunger pangs."

 

10. Madonna:

Madonna looks fantastic in her 50s by the Macrobiotic Diet.

This means the superstar ensures she eats only 100% natural foods so avoids fish, meat, dairy and eggs.

Madonna therefore only eats veg, fruit, whole grains, seeds, cereals and algae. To top it off, she only drinks filtered water.
